RealmIPTV Privacy Policy
This policy explains what RealmIPTV collects through this website, why each item is collected, who can see it and how to have it removed.
Last updated · 30 August 2026
1. Who we are
RealmIPTV operates the website at realmiptv4k.com and provides IPTV subscription services. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, write to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. We answer privacy requests from that address within 30 days.
2. Information you give us
Three forms on this site collect information, and each collects only what its purpose requires.
- Subscription form: full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, subscription duration, number of connections, the countries whose channels you want, whether adult content should be enabled, your chosen app and device type, whether the request is a new line or a renewal, the username of an existing line when you are renewing, and any message you add.
- Free trial form: full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, countries, adult content preference, app, device type and any message. It does not ask for a line type or an existing username.
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
We do not ask for card numbers, bank details or identity documents anywhere on this website, and no payment is taken through it.
3. Technical information collected automatically
When you submit any of those three forms, the submission carries technical context alongside your answers. It is used to route the request, to provide accurate setup help and to protect the forms from automated abuse. Specifically:
- IP address, read from the connection headers by our server rather than from anything the browser claims about itself.
- Device type, operating system, browser and browser version, derived from the user agent string your browser sends with every request.
- Screen and viewport size, pixel ratio and platform, as reported by the page.
- Timezone, UTC offset, language and language preferences.
- Referrer and the page the form was submitted from, where the browser provides them.
- Full user agent string and a timestamp.
Network classification (VPN, proxy, Tor and hosting)
The submitted IP address is checked against public network registries to indicate whether it appears to belong to a VPN, a proxy, a Tor exit node, a hosting or datacentre network, or a mobile carrier. This is a reputation lookup on the address only.
We do not attempt to see through a VPN, to identify the person behind an address, or to link addresses across visits. Using a VPN does not disqualify you from any service we offer; the classification exists so that fraud and abuse can be recognised, and so support can understand a routing problem. If either public lookup is unavailable, the check is simply recorded as unavailable and the request proceeds normally.
4. Why we collect it, and on what basis
- To fulfil your request — building a line, preparing a trial, or answering a message. This is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
- To support you accurately — knowing your device, app and timezone means the setup guide we send is the right one. Legitimate interest.
- To keep the forms usable — rate limiting, spam filtering and network classification stop automated abuse. Legitimate interest.
5. Who can see it
Form submissions are delivered by email to a private internal inbox and are read by the RealmIPTV support and activation team only. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Data is disclosed to third parties only where the law requires it.
Two processors are involved in the mechanics of the site:
- Google (Gmail SMTP) delivers the form emails and the confirmation you receive.
- Tawk.to provides the live chat widget. Anything you type into that widget is handled under Tawk.to's own privacy policy.
The public IP lookup used for network classification receives only the IP address being checked — never your name, email, message or any other field.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and trial requests: kept for as long as you are a customer and for up to 24 months afterwards, so a renewal can be matched to your existing line.
- Contact messages: kept for up to 12 months, so a follow-up question has context.
- Technical and network details: retained with the submission they belong to and never longer.
Anything you ask us to delete is deleted sooner, subject only to records the law obliges us to keep.
7. Cookies and storage
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device. The live chat widget sets its own cookies to keep a conversation together across pages; declining them means starting each chat afresh.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete what we hold, where we are not legally required to keep it;
- restrict or object to a particular use;
- provide your data in a portable format.
Email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, rate limited by address and protected against automated abuse. Mail credentials and the internal notification address are held server-side only and are never present in the pages, scripts or API responses this site sends to your browser.
10. Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Adult content is disabled unless it is explicitly requested on the order form.
11. Changes to this policy
Any material change will be published here with a new “last updated” date. See also our Terms of Service and DMCA policy.
